Data we collect
When you contact us through the form, we collect your name, e-mail, phone (optional), subject and message. For security reasons, we also keep your IP address for 30 days.
What we use it for
We use this data only to reply to your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your contact request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and any business relationship that follows. After that, they are deleted.
Who has access
The data is stored on our hosting provider's server. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to geral@srcminformatica.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
